Can you believe it, 1 August, where is the year going? Where is summer? We are getting rain again, though it is a tad warmer. The mosquitoes are in abundance, even getting bitten through my clothes!
Here are a few flower shots from the garden that have survived the latest downpours
Beautiful Shots Sue!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Looks like a beautiful garden.
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! Nice to see a lush garden. It has been so dry here, everything's kind of brownish. Even the coneflowers look done in. Your garden is really pretty. I wish you had included the names of the flowers. I really like that yellow buttony one (or or those just buds?).
ReplyDeletelovely shots, especially the 5th!
ReplyDeleteI just love your photo with the bee near the Butterfly Bush! As the photographers say "Great capture!"
ReplyDeleteIt is always a treat to get to see the latest shots from your garden! Believe me, your garden looks much better than my poor mother's garden, the lack of rain and daily boiling temperature outside has really taken a toll on anything green and pretty!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers, glorious colors!
ReplyDeleteAs usual when you post pictures of your garden you bombard our eyes and senses with the most beautiful images, so real that we can small the blooms. I know your garden must be hard work but just look at the results! Congratulations. And thank you for sharing with us. xx
