All change

Today could not have been different weather wise, goodness it was cold, after two days of warm temperatures it was a shock.

Rachel came over with the children and we took them for a walk around village lakes. They’ve not been before so it was good to see it through their eyes

There were plenty of wild flowers about

We came back to our garden for lunch but it was so cold that by 2pm they decided to go home.  No amount of ten stitch blankets would keep out the cold wind. Roll on 17 May when we can finally visit indoors, so crazy ......

I did a little look back over March, there was lots of walking, flowers, cooking and knitting, not much else

We will be spending a quiet Easter especially as the weather looks to be cold and dreary, not much fun sat out in the cold.  So I expect we will find some walks to do, in fact there is a new one to us which now the land has dried we could possibly try, it’s quite a long one.  I’ll be sure to let you know.

Have a good Easter xx
