And we a free to leave the house again. It’s been a long two weeks, the price we currently pay to visit our family in France.
So what did we do? We went to Tesco for a shop! McDonald’s for a burger!! Then for a walk. And then to the in-laws to collect some beef for the freezer. Exciting times.
Of course my phone came along for the walk. The river was running high and fast after all the rain we’ve had but it was great to get out between showers for some air.
Of course blogger stuck the photos at the top rather than under the text, so we have some views around the village, the gardens of the Manor House, the river in full flood and some cows!
Tomorrow- day 9, I’m off out craft shopping with Rachel. I’m sure we may have time for a garden centre too and hopefully a spot of lunch before collecting the little ones from school. Peter is off to make a platelets donation, isn’t he good
